If you believe in 'God' then He is supposed to be an omnipotent, all-loving being who loves everyone equally. What He doesn't do is accept prays for the benefit of someone to the detriment of someone else. So when you see sportsmen, usually catholics, taking to the field and making the sign of the cross they are actually insulting God by asking him to help them defeat their opponents. Of course the opposition will also have done the same. As far as 'blessing' is concerned, the, presumably, God does bless anyone who asks, but will be saddened by their actions.

We are not God, so who knows for sure. I don't see how either man could go to heaven based on their actions. Bush lies, is hypocritical and thinks he is God, and Osoma is a phycho who wants to kill everyone who is not Muslim.
Both men are bad , but id have to say the most Evil man seems to be Osama
