long story short-we have been best friends for about 4 years...about 2 months ago we stated to hook up but she feels guilty that we arnt dating and she dnt want a bf atm coz of school n stuff...i accept that and she said she just wants be be as 'close-as-possible best friends without getting physical' but the other night she put my hand between her legs again. is she confused herself/change her mind/not tell me what she was thinking...shes got me so god damn confused at the moment! what do u think shes thinking? thanks =)

it appears that she wants a friends with benefits relationship. the only way to understand what she wants is by communicating with her. She's very confused i agree with you.
if you really want to be with her then confess your feelings for her. tell her the relationship will begin very slowly so she can concentrate on school. if she doesn't accept, move on, but see if you can keep the friends with benefit status.

Sounds as though you're just as unsure of it as she is. There is no shades of grey, things are always black and white, sometimes you just have to look that bit closer to tell which it is. Some people say you're too young for sex, I cannot tell but being legal is another thing to keep in mind.
Anyway, if you feel both you and her are trying this on for the sake of the experience only, perhaps you should wait and see how it goes and take it from there. Also, if you do become lovers, you might not be able to be friends anymore. Decide how you'd rather be with her and good luck to the both of you!
