I like my hair the way it is, thank you, and some twit who chops part of it off as a 'prank' will find out just how thin a sense of humor I have! How about if I 'prank' you by having you charged with assault.
It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to bring in additional charges of assault with a deadly weapon, and assault causing bodily harm.
