Acrylic doesn't like ammonia, or ammonia based products (like windex, fantastic, etc)...you could try that as the best guess home remedy...
Short of that...there is a product called Createx Airbrush restorer, also E-Z Air Oil brush cleaner. BOTH take off, and out acrylic and oil paint. You're going to have to work it, but it will come off.

Hi I have been painting with acrylics for 10 years so feel I can confidently answer this question for you. If the paint is still wet then very quickly with detergent/ washing up liquid and hot water. Assuming the paint has dried. Not a chance. Acrylic paint when combined with cloth forms one of the most indestructable substances known to man, they should coat space shuttles in this stuff for re entry. Seriously though, there are chemicals that will get it out but none that will leave your jeans looking like they were before. Time to get philisopical and put it down to a lesson learned.

I love the guy that said tooth paste, ha ha ha ...

If the paint stain is fresh, you should treat it immediately with soap and water. Check your pants for colorfastness, and if the color doesn´t run, rub the stain with automatic dishwashing detergent, let stand briefly, then wash. Or, if your pants are colorfast, spray the stain with Easy-Off oven cleaner, let set for 30 minutes, then launder.
but the colour of your jeans may fade because of this..

OR: you can try Windex (source: Big Fat Greek Wedding).:))

Use those spirits that can use to get paints off (available at B&Q) in the paints section.

You may want to try using a bit of toothpaste first, they are quite good at getting rid of stains.

Look at the shape of the paint and see if it reminds you of anything then paint in details.
