Maybe baby wipes are the culprit to your problems. They probably contain mineral oil which might clog your pores. I suggest you seek advice from a professional beauty therapist if they are really bad. If they are not too serious, then stop using baby wipes and clean your face using a cleansing gel (there are many different brands on the market and also different types for different skins). When they get better, you could use a scrub regularly to help keeping pores clean.

Give your face a steam or a sauna as these are good ways to deep-cleanse congested skin. Remove all make-up and cleanse the skin, Fill a bowl with near-boiling water and add 3 drops of each essential oil recommended for your skin type: normal - lavender and mandarin; dry - camomile and rose; oily - lemon and eucalyptus; combination - lavender and cypress. Once you have added the oil, shake the bowl a bit to disperse the droplets. Hold your face 20 - 30cm above the bowl and put a towel over your head. Do this for 3 minutes. This will open the pores.

Superdrug sell some nose strips, i think they're tea tree oil and are in a green box. They're really good! You stick them on you're nose and leave it for 10-15 mins, peel off, and all the dirt is liffed out of the pores. If you use these maybe twice weekly with a facial scrub or something, your pores will be spotlessly clean!!

If you have some time, rub olive oil into your face. Make sure you have a basin and lots of oil. The oil will penetrate and when you rub it off it will take much of the dirt with it. Repeat as necessary, then cleanse. Close your pores with toner.

first remove the make-up, so wipes are fine. then when washing your face use a facial scrub to remove the pores that can give u black heads. Use a facial scrub atleast twice a week, BUT not everyday as it will dry your skin. (i.e St Ives, apricot scrub)
Then wash, use toner & then facial serum (clarins) & moistourise. (Clinique)

Try a hot poultice on your nose, as hot as you can stand! Failing that, a good pore opener kit after you've showered. Most pharmacies stock them. Good luck!

Buy a 'buff puff'! its like a round shaped exfoliater sponge which can be used daily.
Drink lots of water
Steam your face once a week
Buy some Tee Tree Oil and add a LITTLE to your moisturiser.
Good Luck!
