So as a friend .. you feel the need to tell them that you find them to be ugly. That isn't a friend .. a friend find beauty in the other - especially inner beauty. There is no point to saying something hurtful, or to put down someone that you consider to be a friend..

yes you do need help. what a horrible friend you are. who are you to judge who is pretty or not. best thing you can do is leave her alone because you are not a Friend to her. you must really think you are all that but as ugly as her outward appearance may be to you your insides are a whole lot more ugly and God is not happy with your attitude

you'll hurt her feelings even if you tell it in a nice way.. darn girl, dont tell your girlfriends theyre ugly.. youre supposed to boost her confidence and make her feel pretty.. im thinking now that youre irritated with your friend because she pushes her beauty to people when she isnt that good looking? am i right? anyways, just be good to your friends.. stay cool together..

if you were any kind of friend you would just tell her. Than give her ideas to better her looks. If your telling her just to be a skank then you should keep your mouth shut!! But if you have the kind of relationship that would speak of these kinds of things I would tell her. Also beauty is in the eye of the beholder she may feel the same about you!! So watch what you say!

A TRUE friend wouldn't put down a friend for the way they look. I'm sorry but that is a very shallow and low thing to do to a friend, normally I'd give some useful advice about friends but that is lower than low.

She needs to know the truth so that you should tell her without smile or anything what make her sad. But if you don't tell her that, nothing happens then so being quiet is the best way.

Why do you need to tell her at all?
Unless you have a specific reason - for example you are trying to dissuade her from entering a beauty contest, the way she looks should not even be an issue in your relationship.
I don't go round telling my friends what I think about how they look (unless I am paying them a complement), what would I gain from telling them they don't look so hot?

Don't say that she's ugly. She won't be your friend after that. Why do feel the need to tell someone something that will truly hurt their feelings, lower their self esteem and ruin your friendship...are you really her friend?!
