No, but I can tell you what they did to me in La Mesa, California. I knew exactly what muffler and service I needed. I called them and they told me it would be one price. I was limited on funds. I have always worked in the automotive/parts industry so I knew what to ask about them replacing my glass packs. They quoted a price. I agreed and took the car there on my lunch. When I came to pick the car up, the invoice total was 3 times the amount I had verified on the phone. Nobody called me at my desk or anything to okay it with me. They are a bunch of dumb chits who are paid an hourly wage and/or a small bonus as if it were commission on each sale. They are usually paid minimum wage, just like a tire guy. They don't know their anti-freeze from their freeze plugs. I kid you not! Not worth a damn in my opinion. Find a small independant muffler shop that has been around for years and years. A father and son set up. You will get your best service and prices from an independant. And the best possible work too. I promise. :)
