First of all, believe in tomorrow. *cue bad drum-roll and laugh track*

Seriously, here are a few things that will help.

Work out a budget. Work how much you plan to spend a day and perhaps bring JUST ENOUGH for that day. It's a tough lesson about living without but you will adjust.

But most importantly, get a reliable friend to help check up on you. Temptation can be very difficult to fight if you have no one to answer to for your actions so get a "Credit Cop" if you will, to help you adjust.

And the best part is you will find that with the amount you save, you can probably treat yourself to something you couldn't afford before and STILL have enough leftover for the rainy day.

First thing: cut up all your credit cards. Then have part of your pay check go directly into a savings account. Only spend what is left.

You already know the problem. The only person who can fix it is you. Whether it is motivation or discipline this is not something someone else can fix.

The only advise I can give you is this. "Get off your azz and put the money away"

Harsh but necessary.
