1st elimination, Dolph Lundgren braces his back against the far ropes, preparing to slingshot himself at Stallone, when a barrage of Rocky IV and The Punisher(original) dvds and VHS tapes are hurled from the crowd knocking him out resulting in himfalling backwards in mid slingshot and falling out of the ring.
Then Jean Claude and Seagal face off mano-e-mano as all the others marvel at their stunningly bad acting, stilted predictable fight choreography, and they watch in silence as they repeat the same move over and over until finally they enmasse double eliminate Jean and Steven
Finally a complete donnybrook ensues as Jet Li and Jackie ping pong at random targets off the ropes and turnbuckles, Arnold eliminates Sly after single mindedly pursueing him around the ring demanding his Planet Hollywood money back.
Jackie tries his drunken style on the Rock, who slaps him off the turnbuckle and out of the ring.
The Rock and Jet Li double team the Govenor, but jet li rebounds back as The Govenor and Dwayne get tangled in the ropes and charges them, double elimming them for the win.

I'd have to say Jet Li. Too fast for all the other guys who have become older and slower. If you go all time maybe Jackie Chan but I don't know. Segal was a pretty good combatant at one time too. Jet Li would have a shot at that aswell. Van Damme would lose from mistakes by his ego alone. The rest are all too slow for the martial artist trained fighters. People often think power, strength when it comes to fighting. In reality if you've seen a lot of fights, especially street fights that are completely ruleless you know that speed and endurance wins almost 100% of the time. The martial arts fighters are far too well trained to lose to any body builder or mid range football player skilled type opponants. Why no Bruce Lee in your question? He'd kill them all!
