Tucows, CNET, or ZDNet have neat freeware available.
Using Adobe Photoshop, Corel or Dreamweaver, you or a friend more familiar with web design could prepare a neat web page to present your body of work online. RESEARCH pages like Amazon to get the look or feel that will appeal to your target market. Always have SECURITY topmost on your list of considerations while developing your site.
Work with Yahoo or Google so web page cost is minimized.
Apply with PayPal, a bank or another reputable online credit collection facility to ensure all online payments are correctly routed to your "private" account. You may have to pay a service fee.

Pay a designer to set up a secure website with shopping cart so that these ebooks can be ordered/downloaded.
