*eat what u like and enjoy eating
*schedule for ur free time and force urself to spent time dedicated just for entertainment
*try not to be available sometimes during a day, for example turn ur mobile off for half an hour
*close ur eyes and imagine of good memories, imagine urself lying near sea while a cool wind is pleasing u and u r sipping a glass of drink
*spend time with real freinds
*try to enjoy small things: a bird on a tree

im not quite sure how you are gearing this question. do what you enjoy to be happy and relaxed. if you enjoy a fast paced life then socialize with friends and acquaintances, be active and get involved in groups, clubs, or parties. if you are more the type to find happiness from peace then staying at home and conversing with a mellow friend such as yourself or going to a poetry reading will suit you more.

Theres a ton of things. What do you enjoy? Sometimes soft music, hot bath.It just depends on the person and what they enjoy. There has to be something in the past that you have enjoyed that you can do to help relax yourself. Maybe going out with friends will help you be happier. If your feeling depressed maybe you should see a doctor and talk to them about it.

find time to be alone,turn off tv and computer play some soft music write some poetry about how you feel inside allow all your inner feelings to come out. Spend time in meditation and prayer.Have a cup of hurbal tea.

Take time out and surround yourself with pretty things, put on comfy clothes and dance to your favourite music or go to the beach and catch some sun and stare into oblivion.
Think about eveything your privelage to have and dont concentrate on what you dont have yet.
