Just to be pedantic a Kilo, believe it or not, is not a unit of weight/mass. A Kilo Newton is. However think of a bag of cement, then put about 8 bricks on the top and you have roughly 30Kgs.

Just to edify you further 30Kgs = 0.294 Kilo Newtons

If your bag is over 25Kg you get a sticker on a plane because it is a health risk to the handler. So 30kg is a very heavy bag you would have difficulty throwing into a hold.
I have handled bags up to 80kg which is more than your weight.

30 kg is exactly the weight of my best friend in my school. Well, I am 22 kg heavier than her as I am 4 years older.

I also think that it is around the weight of a small television.
