LSD is listed as regulated drugs. You can buy such, when a prescription is issued by a doctor for medical purposes. It has an effect (trip) that in some cases leads the user to do something beyond their control (ie. Thinks that they are like superman, who can fly). It is also considered (the effecdt) as a habit forming drugs.

So that people don't jump off buildings thinking they can fly.
So that when they see their own dog at a pary with people around it, petting it, they don't think it is a wild bear eating everyone.
So that they don't waste the time of the police calling about a 747 doing flips in the air.
So that when they are driving, they don't think they're in bumper cars and start hitting other cars for fun.
So that you don't end up cornered in an apartment building hallway at 3:30 a.m. too scared to move "surrounded" by aliens wanting to take your smokes.
So that you don't go around thinking that large, blue roses sprout out of maple trees in a few seconds, at night.
Note: I have never done LSD.

i have never seen LSD used for medical use and yes its addictive, any street drug is illegial and higly addictive, leading to other drug use on top of it and doing things you would not normally do if you wernt high like put others including yourself in danger,commiting crimes and possibly jail time

It's a dangerous drug whose effects are unpredictable.
When used in therapy, it is pure LSD. The street drug is an unknown combination of harmful ingredients.

BECAUSE IT IS A VERY STRONG HALLUCINOGEN , AND CAUSES YOU TO VIEW THINGS UNCLEARLY , PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO SEE GOD , OR DEMONS OR THE DEVIL AND KILLED PEOPLE ON IT ETC.....THE MANSON FAMILY(CHARLES AND FRIENDS) WERE SAID TO BE ON HIGH DOSAGES OF ACID (LSD) WHEN THEY DID THE LA BIANCA MURDERS , ETC......IT IS NOT A GOOD THING , AND WILL MESS YOU UP MORE THAN YOU KNOW......EVEN WHEN YOU GET OLDER , IT CAN CAUSE ALOT OF BACK PROBLEMS FOR YOU ......IT DOES WAY MORE HARM THAN IT COULD POSSIBLY DO GOOD........GR1M

It is addictive!!
It makes you hallucinate. See things that are not real. You can OD on it.
