Why don't outlook accept my normal username and password?

When I try to download my yahoo mails to outlook I get a pop up that tells me to fill in my username and password. I do what I am told, but my normal username and password is not accepted. What is wrong?

Unless you purchase the premium Yahoo email option, you cannot access Yahoo mail from within Outlook or Outlook Express.

You cannot download yahoo mail unless you have a premium account. For that you need to pay money!

open up outlook before you try to download.
