Really, what is with this alternating caps thing? Do these people not have anything better to do? Are we supposed to think it's cute or be impressed by it?

Its because people want their question to get attention and you're not allowed to do it in all caps, bc that would be rude.

People who type like that are bored fourteen year olds who think it's cool. And yes, it's irritating.

because some people think it looks cool- my friends writes like that, it makes things more intersting i guess, it's up to the person if they want to then i don't see anything wrong with it

i think may be some people do it just to grab attention. though there so many better ways to grab attention.
