Advice: for advice most of the time you need to pay for it, like u need some advice for your immigration or property related matters then u need to seek lawyers advice who ask you to pay them for their time &
Suggestion: suggestion is like we are talking about something with someone and they might suggest us certain ideas about the same. for eg: if you are doing something in office and your colleagues is watching you and they might suggest some new ideas or things to you.

Advice is telling a person with some authority (maybe age or profession etc) to do some specific work. On the other hand suggestion is simply tell the person that their is such an option and if he so desires he can act on that manner.

Advice - Statement were the person's opinion is the first statement and an explanation which gets you bored and makes you forget what was the topic you were discussing about!!
Suggestion - One clear and precise statement or opinion you receive from a person on which you have to work on what your mind tells!!

The advice is given by a person who had been through the experience and knows about it!
The suggestion is given by a person who sees that may b the best solution but not for sure coz he hasn't been through this b4!

Advice is an idea given to you by somebody else that you should do. It's an idea that's supposedly the right way.
Suggestion is something that people think it's good and tell you, but it's not the "right" way.
