I need to do 3000 word assigment, but i have no idea about these. my text book just discuss about what is interview in recruitment and selection. If u all cant answer my Q, however u know some online referrences about them, could u give it to me?
1.What are the disadvantages in just relying on an interview for selecting an applicant for a job?
2.Why are structured interviews a better predictor of performance in the job?

1.those ppl who are interviewed can lie and pt up a false front.. u can elaborate frm here. rite loads of crap like wad will happen if they lie (eg the company wil b cheated and collapse, employees wil complain and no one wil work there etc), frm here. u can rite if all companies are lidat maybe all wil fall etc. its actually quite ez if u noe how to rite craps (:
