My memory card has a corrupted file on it so i tried to delete it but it say's delete failed and it wont leave me alone

try deleting it with another game, if not then try to write a new game over it (overwrite). If no luck then you have a dud.

Copy all the good files to other Memory Card and then format the card which contains the corrupted file. I think it's the only possible solution.

plug it in to computer using a sub card reader
format it using fat file system
