Give her solids bef. breast. Try sweet stuff like cooked apple. But she needs vegetables. After 9months it's vital to introduce solids why have you left it till 1 year. Other tricks are to make the food into shapes and faces... and just keep trying different stuff till she likes it like avocado cheese bread with a spread like Vegemite cereal with breast milk etc...lots of books and sites on this research.

Womensave.com has a 2 week menu where you can feed your family for 2 weeks for under 50.00 a week. It's pretty cool. They also have an online recipe book where you can add and share your recipes, and find ones from other people.

There's also a forum there where you can ask questions on topics ranging from saving money, having fun on the cheap, and more. Ask your question there as well and you might get some more replies.

Good luck!

How old is she? and why isshe still breastfeeding if she is able to run? Just put her at the table with everybody else, and give her finger foods, she will soon start to eat just to fit in with mommy and daddy. Then leave nutricious snacks out for her all day, she just may not be hungry when you ant her to eat. also, stop nursing her on demand and make her eat something first.

There is a cookbook out called --Feed me I'm yours-by Vicky Lansky. It is cute--maybe she has a web. I have heard nice things from people (Moms) who used her ideas.

Take her to the store with you and let her help pick the things she will eat. Maybe if she picks the food she will eat better for you.

Have you asked her doctor? I wonder if their is a way to make the breastmilk less appealing? Maybe she likes the comfort of being close to her mother.
