In today's world, any sexual advance can be considered as harrassment. However, when a person forces another to do something they said they don't want, it becomes sexual assault. Your friend has good reason to be afraid of arrest.

yes, it could be... sounds like domestic violence / sexual assault... a married man can be charged for raping his wife... so I think the same applies to your case. I would say regardless if you call the police or not, I would find another man. what a disrespectful thing to do.

He wanted you to lick his crack? Does that make it easier to smoke it, or something? i lick my zig zags sometimes. That makes the weed easier to smoke somtimes. Sometimes I lick my lips after I take a swig out of a bottle of Mad Dog.

Always ask what sex acts do they like. Talk about how you want to be humped or porked. I feel a little naughty.

It seems that U enjoyed this little fight with him for your confession. So where is the question of sexual harrassment.

It is a sexual harassment case. But you might need to move court. Truly it would be a waste of time. BUT if you stand by principles, go sue the jerk to hell.........

a sexual harassment should be against one's will. the fact that you were in one with mutual consent, it wouldn;t stand out. however, the fact he insisted in a certain point of act, and you persisted in doing so, can't still be considered harassment. cause you were contributing to his consent prior to the actual point of argument. thus, your complaint will be fruitless...
