I nicely ask him to pick up his dishes or glass which he leaves around the house and I ask him to place his dirty clothes in the laudry basket. He never does. I'm tired of asking and picking up behind him. But the opposite is not true. When he wants me to do some thing for him (reiron a shirt) I comply right away.

We both work long hours and have kids. I already had many talks with him, even the big cry. And I try to leave his stuff around. The mess only grew faster than cancer!

you know a marriage is not some sort of military structure unit. or a control band. you have to work on it but with love not demand. ok so you do what you do to please him. you should talk to your husband let him know what is annoying you, which is very little dont let it come between your marriage, but let it be known that it is a bother and you leave it at that you can not change the man nor can he change you. i am sure that you knew what you were getting into before you got with him, so this should not be a surprise, maybe the surprise was that you could not change him. just give it time he will soon see that it is a bother to you and prayerfully from his sincerity he will start picking up his clothes or washing the dishes. if you knew you were such a compulsive cleaner why did you get with a man that is so laid back? seems to me like he be the happier person not letting all this or little stuff worry him why dont you try it. you will be much happier

I've had that so i stopped doing anything for him. I never washed anything of his up or picked up his clothes. I just did everything for myself. Eventually after three months of having a trampy home he finally caught on and after a harsh talking to he has now amended his ways. A little
