If you really love the woman, then let her go and fix her own marriage. You know what you are in is morally wrong and you are just putting a lifetime commitment in jeopardy.
You can be with someone wherein you don't step on someone else and your partner is solely yours. I'm sure in the future, you'd also want to be in a relationship built on fidelity and trust (if you aren't).
