Call a lawyer, file uncontested if she agrees to not fight it out, it will be over pretty quick like. If you don't have kids it goes alot smoother and it costs less.

I would try counseling, the first year of marriage is always the hardest. You are adjusting to each and discovering stuff about each other that you didn't know before. Take a breather, but hold off on the divorce you may change your mind.
But if you really want one a lawyer can do the paper work for about $200. There is web sites the offer divorce packages at a cheaper rate. Hell even office depot sells the forms.

Contact the county courthouse. Ask if they provide any legal assistance. They may have something called an "In Pro Per" clinic where they help you fill out divorce papers, BUT they cannot answer any legal questions because it's agains the law for them to do that. Only an attorney can answer legal questions. For legal advice, you will need to make an appointment with a Family Law attorney to find out what you are looking at in regards to spousal support, child support (if applicable), and property division. A consult with an attorney will usually cost $100 for a full hour. Good luck. You may also want to go online and find your county courthouse's website to find some information regarding filing fees, pro per clinic, legal forms, etc.

Well I don't exactly know the situation but I think you should. Have you ever thought that she does not want to stay with you because there is someone els. If there is you could actually sue that person for braking up your marriage as well.
Good luck I hope you find the answer that you are seeking.
You had to love her to get married. Could you not trie to sort things out?

Divorce may sound like a simple fix, but it brings even more problems. Trust me, it may seem easy but the pain that comes along with divorce is powerful.

Maybe asking her about counseling first. That is if you still want to be with her, other wise separation I believe is the first step. Remember divorce is final

Make agreement with wife of who gets what and file as friendly as possible.
It's not as hard as you think if you the two of you are in agreement before you file.
