The answer is no. Just because you're pursuing an MBA, online or not, doesn't mean the exams, assignments, lessons, and books are standardized. It's not like the SAT, GRE, or GMAT exams where it is standardized.

The best way to prep is to (1) know what topics and concepts that particular exam will cover, and (2) get a sense of what the prof feels is most important to know.

# 2 is the hardest for many students. Why? Because some profs give students review sheets that highlight the main points, but not everything. Others simply say nothing or that it will test "everything."

Terminology is always important, as is being able to explain concepts in some detail. Applying those concepts under various scenarios is also important.

I suggest taking a good look at the lessons, assignments, and whatever else went on during class (discussions, etc.), to help gauge what that prof feels is most important to know and understand.

I also suggest being prepared for a wide variety of question types. Some use just one question type, such as multiple choice. But others, like myself, use a multitude of question types--multiple choice, essay or short answer, fill-in, matching, and true/false.

I hope you don't mean to say you are pursuing an MBA. If so, you have a long way to go.

I recommend an English Comp. class to start, or basic grammar.
