ok, you gotta 3mm angle to cut how bigs the project if cutting angle , light band or bar stock upto 3/8 inch in thickness with the right blades you can cut it with the power hack saw (i"d use a variable speed one). bigger or thicker material, the band saw. i.ve found with the right blade in the variable speed power hack that its fairly quiet and fairly quick. the band saw w/ stops is set up for multiple more precise cuts

The hand help power hacksaw is the better choice. You have a wider selection of less expensive blades. And if your starting with twenty foot lengths of angle it is easier to support the saw for a straight cut and no blade binding than to try to support the twenty foot or even shorter piece of material. And as for noise, the cutting noise will be the same but the power hacksaw itself runs quieter than the bandsaw.

power hacksaw is by far better because the cut is more accurate than if by doing it by hand unless of course you don't know how to run one

To cut only one piece of angle, use hand saw with (HSS) blade
For much work use power disc tool , it is noisy but will do the job !

I would use the hacksaw . It's blade should be made for metal.
