Wear boots with sockes.

for your hands and feet,apply this for twice a week.
take warm n chilled water separately in bowl...take milk creame or almond oil..sponge or tought piece of clothe...

put your hands in hot water for 10-15 mins. then kate them out n without making them dry put them in cold water for 10 mins. do this for 3-4 times...then make them half wet n apply milk creame with 1tsp honey and 1/2tsp.turmaric..mix it & apply it with gentle massage for 5-10 mins.
scrub your hands with sponge+normal water...then take 2-3 dropes of oil to apply on hands.
you can use the same therapy on feet.

n.b. dont face the direct hit of sun immidiate after performing this ....

hey yaar go to use glyserin
it will help u take a hot water in bucket and put ur feet and hands in that for a 15 min do it regularly and see the improvement.

there are all sorts of lotions on the market, but you can use coconut oil on your hands and feet, put it on, rub it in and then wipe the excess off so you dont get the oil on the carpet or something, if your feet are rough you can use a pumice stone to get rid of the dead skin before you put the coconut oil on.

i have tried this it really works
if u have a dry or scaly skin its necessary to apply natural moisturiser like olive oil /almond oil /milk cream or milk with some turmeric on regularly for atleast 20min before having bath.file your nails whenever required, clean cuticles & avoid wearing a nail paint for long time.scrub your skin once in 2weeks.

dont know about home remedy but try the palmolive shower milk or aroma creme. they are really nice, and have a good scent.

taking care of feet and hands are very easy.just put a lotion or cream on it.wash it daily and regularly.
