Yes it is really bad, considering that 350 is the lowest and 850 is the highest possible. You need to pay all your debts, increase your income, then get some secured cards to rebuild your credit. Since you know your credit score, I assume you know what the negative items on your credit report. If any are in error, dispute them. After you have had your secured credit cards for a few months, and have used them responsibly, perhaps you can get a bank to issue you an unsecured card if you have direct payroll deposit with them. Again, use the card responsibly. Charge items that you would normally buy anyway, such as gasoline. Then send in payment in full every month. That way you build a good credit history without paying interest. Some of your negative items will stay on your credit report for 7 years. Rebuilding credit is a gradual thing.

Yes, what did you do to have a 368 credit score? Or did you recently move to the US so they start you off from the bottom?

Are you sure your credit score is that low? I mean, credit scores don't go much lower than 300. If it really is 368, I suggest you order a copy of your credit report and see exactly what's on it. You may be the victim of identity theft.
