You should have intercourse just as soon as you are able to assume responsibility for another human being (a baby!) . Remember that No birth control is 100%. Think about this before deciding to have sex. It's a pretty big choice to be forced to make (taking care of a child, putting up for adoption - etc....and pregnancy really changes your body physically - you will never be the same again. My advice - don't be in such a rush - you can fool around all you want, but do not risk pregnancy!
