You should have intercourse just as soon as you are able to assume responsibility for another human being (a baby!) . Remember that No birth control is 100%. Think about this before deciding to have sex. It's a pretty big choice to be forced to make (taking care of a child, putting up for adoption - etc....and pregnancy really changes your body physically - you will never be the same again. My advice - don't be in such a rush - you can fool around all you want, but do not risk pregnancy!

hey tater there should be a state statutes site and the topic would be criminal sexual conduct or misconduct. In Tennisee it is 14, Michigan 16 and most states 18
please do not go get pregnat and then kill the baby. Be prepred. Ask a counselor how to be safe, and do not trust that the male has a condome on just becuz he says he does. Put it on him yourself or better yet wait til you are married.

you're no longer referencing an account of statutory rape. The male in the incident you're concerning is nineteen. The "sufferer" is 17. The age of consent in Alaska is sixteen. on account that 17 is greater suitable than sixteen, she is seen sufficiently previous to consent. Alaska additionally provides a three 365 days leeway. So however if the age of consent replaced into 18, there is purely a 2 365 days difference later on so it does not be seen statutory rape.
