What is congestive heart trouble.?

A friend was recently hospitalized. She said they told her she had congestive heart trouble.

it's where your heart doesn't pump very well and the blood starts to back up in your lungs because it's coming in faster than it's leaving, and over time the left ventricle tends to get larger do to the back up.
