Country is not cool now cause the mainstream stuff like Keith Urban, Trace Adkins, Rascal Flatts are all pop star posers. Listen to the good underground stuff coming from Texas like the Randy Rogers Band, Jason Boland and Cross Canadian Ragweed.

Yep, veri much soo. I use to watch the Mandrell Sista's variety shuw and HEE Haw. Oh yes I was very country when even a little country was not cool

Yes. Grew up in rural Georgia in the 60's. Was putting peanuts in cokes too. Sounds gross now, but we loved it then. But I have listened to rock for the most part.
