1. apply a mud mask, the nasty buggers form when your tiny hair follicles get clogged, blocking the normal exit pathway for oil to escape to the surface of the skin.
2. eat less of chocolates and fries, they have long been accused of tarnishing complexions when drinking water has been deemed the ultimate therapy.
3. use soaps and lotions daily which applicable for sensitive skin and dermatologist recommended, they are normally available over the counter. benzoyl peroxide kills off bacteria, while salycic acid and sulphur break down whiteheads and blackheads.
hope this helps. =)

Yep most of what others said is true.
Dove soap works GR8!!! I have always felt when using products to help acne or treat it...I tend to have an outcome worse than in the beginning : -(

Wash daily 2x
Use dove soap
Drink water....LOTS & LOTS!!!
Don't stress...it is the root of ALL evil!
And love & accept yourself for who you are with or without acne...

Good luck!!!

Be gentle with your skin. Wash with a wet facecloth, and no soap. The soap can be irritating, and end up causing more acne. Wash every morning and evening, but not too often - again, washing too often can cause irritation. Change your pillowcases often, and drink lots of water, too.

A friend of mine praises tea tree oil as her ultimate acne cure, but I found it too drying.

Take aloevera leaf.. split it at a corner by hand and apply the sticky gel you get. wash it after 10 minutes or when its dry. You may keep the leftover leaf in the fridge and use it everyday till there is no more gel.. see your skin clearing up like magic..good luck

Wash your face daily,
if you cant really afford the major washing materials,
try smashing up some avacados, peaches and grapes then squeeze in a little lemon juice.
massage it on your face daily after you wash it.
let it sit for a little bit, try to stay away from hairspray etc.
it can get attached to your skin and sit there all day.
if your in school and stuff and you sweat from like P.E. etc. carry around some acne wipes. you can get them at wal-mart for about $2. just wipe your face when its sweaty/dirrty
good luck.
sorry if i couldnt help.

no pure soap... use Dove or Oil of Olay 1/4 moisturizing soap and some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball afterwards.
