My boss. She always seems so nice but all she was doing was spying on me and my work. She would time how long it would take me to go to the washroom or have my lunch. I even caught her going through my garbage can looking at documents I threw out. She was actually counting the number of mistakes I would make. Eventhough I was the most efficient and accurate, she finally convinced the head of the section that I was not suitably posted. Once I heard that I hurried up to photocopy the file entry ledgers and the files summary sheets to compare my work production and accuracy to other workers. I was quickly transferred out of the section, was demoted and got my pay reduced. The worst was even after I won my grievance against my boss and my Unit Head, no actions were taken. There was no accountability. I ended up at the same position. I finally quit and became a stay-at- home mom. I'm totally disgusted by the Federal gov's "harassment free" workplace. Yeah! my ***!

never, why should anyone get lousy colleagues at all at work when one can make them crazy with their charm and sense of humour. everyone at workplace should keep such an atitude to keep a pleasant ambience with smile in face and nice with all making them laugh throughout the day so that no one will be seen lousy or lazy but enthusiastic and energetic.

I not only have a lousy colleague but a crazy one. She accused me of assaulting her at work. Luckily we have video cameras which proved that she was lying but unfortunately she didn't get fired she just got a verbal warning.

Every companies have some poor workers. They can be people who shirk responsibilties to backstabber. Actually a lot of people who appears to good to you but we have to beware of them coz they can be the onw who sabotage you or backstabbed you. They may be the one who mock at you when you ran into trouble. So the only thing I do is just to do my work

i get it everyday,most of my collegues are married women who are alwaiz talking ill of single beautiful ladies....according to them single ladies are the reason their marriages are failing.....this pisses me off so much most times i tell them to style up and alwaiz look good so their husbands wont have to stray
