C is the only other letter I've seen posted lower than an A. I was craving a certain sandwich and saw the restaurant as I drove by. Decided to go for it. I stood and watched the process - of course I don't know what might have happened to ingredients BEFORE they were put on my sandwich and grilled. Another guy came in and just gave me a look - a C? He couldn't believe it either, but he got a sandwich, too. We were both living dangerously. They have an A now.

Which is why the restaurant association in a lot of places is opposed to the letter ratings.
