I have a 84 nissan pickup, I am looking for clear lights. HELP!!!!!?

I have seen the clear or what they call, "euro" for this model......I just cant seem to find the place to order them

It lists a couple as "halogen type." Not sure if its the same thing.
Either that or look on places like E-Bay. Or just buy a new truck.
