Comes from texting to start with, then i would say pure laziness from there, when typing anything there is no reason why a person should not type each and every word in full.

I would guess that it is just either "Im in a hurry" or pure laziness. IMHO good frnd of urs would be a little more understandable , but I text way faster than I type so I usually complete total spellings of the words.

Possibly for texting purposes as payments per letter. And then it turned into a fad to seperate those who are social enough to know the lingo for texting from those who are anti-social or use AOL. As you can see, even my sentences are full sentences and that maybe because I am typing like I am speaking...not in complete sentences.

i like to call it "staccato shorthand." It has happen in our new 10 year previous "hurry up and supply it to me!!" society. it is all you have asked that it became yet i think of it takes somewhat present of translation as a manner to abdomen it, for this reason removing the exclusivity of it for "ignorant ppl." i attempt to sidestep it, and that i've got been "stated..." I incredibly tend to spell out the be conscious et cetera, yet it is basically the pass of my strategies! It takes me a shorter time to try this than to drop letters from actual words. it is style of kul each so often because of the fact its like a mini be conscious scramble or crossword puzzle, you be responsive to? i'm hoping you will evaluate me, this answerer smbdy kewl, cuz I thnk U R 2.

i think it has stemmed from texting and chatting online. Its quicker and easier to use when a person wants to get their message across.

the actual answer is "emailese" where words are shortened and abbreiviated, you don't necessarily have to use it, but it will come in handy to know how to read it property.
