what is the diffrence between a degree in only marketing between a degree in buisnesss management specialized in marketing?
im confused!!!!!!!!!!!!

which is a better degree to study for out of both of them?

for undergrad, basically the same. it's general business, with concentration in marketing--usually a year's worth, but you'll also be required to take some accounting, finance, etc. so, a undeergrad degree in finance is a businees degree, with concentrated classes in finance, same with accounting, etc.

grad school is totally different, it is very specialized.

There is no much difference in the two field. the only difference there is that for just the degree in Marketing alone its just majoring on marketing as your field of study although you still do management courses in marketing while degree in business mangement its a management field of study but still have marketing.

In summary some institution does not have marketing as a department on its own and since they have Management department they have to merge some of the related courses.thats why some institution you see in their formsSchool of Management Under the department of Marketing.
