No, don't listen to these dumb old ppl. They haven't seen the commercial and they're talking about a COMPLETLY DIFFERENT SONG. As far as I've found, it is most likely a partial clip taken from Roseanne Cash's song "Wheel" (I saw the commercial a long time ago: it is sung by a woman, isn't it? Because if it's a man that sings it then NO, it's a dubbed/remake of "Wheel", it belongs to Bridgestone, and you wont find it anywhere on the web.)
