The best way I've found to get hard caked burnt on food is to cook it - Fill the pot with water with a little vinegar and put it on the burner to simmer. Once the food softens take it off the burner and allow to cool for a few minutes before cleaning it. For the leftover stuff, lemon juice and salt usually works.
Good luck!

Sorry to hear that happened & I've burned food or overcooked it too.
Soak the pot in hot soapy water for about 2-3 hours, or overnight. Dump out the water & some of the residue should have went down the drain with the water. Run the garbage disposal if you have one. If not, dump the water into the toilet & flush. If you have to do that, it might take a few flushings. If any residue's left, it should wash off easily with a scrubber brush. A little more dishsoap & some gentle scrubbing should get the rest off.

The canned rooster will be ok, yet in case you come across you want extra rooster then upload a breast or 2. i might want to boil then shred the breast so as that it really is in the direction of an same texure. Make rooster gravy. popular gravies: Make a roux of equivalent elements butter and flour. enable the roux bubble and cook for in basic terms round 2-3 min. Then upload some bullion/base, loose-granuals-or dice (pink meat, rooster, pink meat, veggie and so on...). Alternatley upload warmth or warm water and evaporated milk. Whisk nicely and enable the gravy thicken slightly between each and every addition. Then season to style. i prefer to operate salt, pro salt, white pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder . And sausage gravy expcept brown the sausage and get rid of the sausage and keep the drippings (including extra butter if neccesary). Then upload the flour, milk and in basic terms easy water. upload the sausage again in and season with a tiny it of salt and some black pepper.

Baking soda works great on burnt stains. Mix baking soda with a little bit of water (makes it into a paste almost) and leave it on there for a day or so, it'll come right off with water!

Dawn dish disolver is great but expensive. try water and downy fabric softener it will make the burnt food mushy, take a metal spatula and scrape it out, or try a straight edge razor my favorite cleaning tool of all time.
