I was told you get better mileage (or loose less to fumes?) if always keep over half full. But I don't know if there is really data on that.

But having gotten into that habit, I go half to full, then fill again at the half. Then if there is something unexpected you have a little edge. Or if you are really late to work you never have to pull over for gas, that's the pits...

It really is just a frame shift forward of half a tank, and has a lot of advantages.

Fill up. Not sure if its true but I heard you get better gas mileage on full tank than empty. It also helps to keep "gunk" out of fuel system. If you put a few gallons in at a time, then you will spend more time and gas driving back and forth to gas stations

I fill it up. I usually don't have to get gas for a little over a week. You never know if something happens and you need the extra gas to drive somewhere.

Depends on the artificially inflated price of the day. If its a good (still insane) price I fill up. If is totally insane, like during the holidays I get enough to get through the holidays.

Fill it up
(fuel here in China is quite cheap)
Don't want to waste time, going every second day to the gas station

Fill up on Fridays and "nurse" the gas hog the rest of the week.

Both. I fill up when I get paid and then after that just enough to get me where I need to go

I always just fill up. I like to get it over with, and have to think about it for as long as I can.

Fill up with $40. I never let it go under half a tank.
