I have a buisness plan for a nightclub and another buisness plan for a new sports bar concept but I am having trouble locating investors.

Well, as far as your sports bar is concerned, you could look into the athletes on your local sports teams. Most of them have an eye out for financial investments, and if you have a solid plan and a body of experience, you should be able to at least get a meeting. Plus, with the athletes on board, you have an eye to the future for both your sports bar and potential market resources for your other club ideas.
