where are the grounding points for the headlights , intake manifold, engine block , transmission. Please help!

If your talking about one of those ebay wire kits...
...basically, attach anything metal to the negative post of the battery... just about any bolt should do, as long as its surface is not painted and it fits the ring connector they gave you. One along with the factory battery to engine block, and the rest where ever they will reach I guess, doesn't make a huge difference.

Grounding kit? Do you mean ground effects? Use super glue and duct tape.
