I would vote for it. That way you are paying for what you spend, not what you make. It is balanced that way without the whole "tax the rich/poor" argument.
I had heard about this a while back and wondered what ever became of it.
Besides, then the people that make their money outside of the law (drug dealers, whores, politicians) would pay their fair share also.

I would vote yes and I would vote early and often.
The economic boom that would result from a decrease in compliance cost and increase in business investment would benefit even the dumbest laziest people.
