1) If you've been trying for 6 months and it hasn't happened, purchase "ovulation predictors" at the drug store. It is important to have sex within 1-2 days of her ovulating.

2) If those don't work for 6 months, the next step is to both go to the doctor and get checked out for something wrong. For the guy pretty much the only thing is to make sure sperm count is not low. For the girl there are more tests and they are more invasive.

3) Based on results in #2 you may need to see a fertility specialist who can explain all your options.

we used ovulation test..and then we didnt WORRY about it..stress and being anxious to get pregnant somehow NEVER works..buy the ovulation tests they are pretty cheap at like walgreens or wherever you want to buy them from and just have fun trying!!! when it is meant to be, it will happen!!!!!!

First of all,have sex with her......without protection.
have it when she is ovulating.........Secondly don't wash as soon as the act is over,stay in bed with a pillow under her waist,with the legs in the air,for at least 20 minutes,this position helps the sperm swim in the right direction...............
Thirdly shower her with loads of love and affection.
