I've asked questions regarding health, but I usually ask if anyone has experienced a similar problem. I just don't ask what is wrong with me.

I totally agree with you ... but if you think about it also, not everyone has medical insurance or cannot afford to go to the doctor. So, in some way they have to resort to another method of finding an answer. But, if possible, go to a doctor ... they are more knowlegable in answering if you are or not.

When you're hoping for something, especially pregnancy, every step you make counts and gets your hope up high. Now if you're ttc and wondering whether you're pregnant or not, you might need some comfort and reassurance before you go as far as making an appointment, driving all the way and going to see the doctor because you'd be afraid. Besides there could be doctors among us who'd be able to help and advise to some extent.
I might not be able to explain it in words but I do feel it and I know we're here for each other and that if one has nothing to say they can just ignore the question and move on!

I think a lot of questions shouldn't be asked here but they are. What are you going to do? If someone thinks they're going to get an experienced response to a relatively important question, then I have a bridge to sell them. Sure, some responses are true and what not but the sheer fact that you're looking for answers here is mind-boggling.

Not everybody has a doctor. (I'm not talking about myself just in general) Some people want to get more information before they contact they're doctor. Some people have already contacted they're doctor with a million other questions, and are wondering if there is a simple anwser to there question. Also like you said, they are wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation.

properly for one, they are probable worried that they are and too afraid to incredibly take the attempt. Your physique aspects signs and indications in case you're, they my no longer be advantageous if the indicators are being pregnant proper. Plus those little bastards (being pregnant exams) could be high priced. whilst i became a teenager, I bear in mind my desirable chum spent over one hundred dollars determining to purchase one after yet another, she swore they have been all fake-positives, refused to have confidence she became pregnant. the main stressful project is whilst somebody makes use of the be conscious "preggers." i % to slap them.

THEY COME TO YAHOO ANSWERS AND ASK QUESTIONS REGARDING A POSSIBLE PREGNANCY LOOKING FOR SIMILAR SYMPTOMS OR EXPIERENCE THAT OTHER WOMEN WENT THROUGH WHEN THEY WERE PREGNANT, THEY AREN'T EXACTLY LOOKING FOR PRECISE MEDICAL ADVICE. SO, YOU CAN BASICALLY SAY THAT THEY ARE DOING THE SAME AS YOU. BESIDES YOU NEVER KNOW A REAL DOCTOR MIGHT COME ALONG AND READ YOUR QUESTION, SO WHY NOT ASK IT. SMARTASS

You may occasionally get a Pregnancy Support Counsellor like me or a very knowledgeable mum who's been through it, or even a nurse. Couldn't hurt to ask.

As they say in Sunnydale, d'uh.
I guess people in the US don't trust their doctors because they are a bunch of money hungry jerks who love the phrases, There's nothing wrong with you", or "You need a specialist."
