Is it nice? is it corky? what's the first thing that comes to your mind when you see it?

The colours don't appeal to me at all. The logo comes accross to me as a pre-designed template out of something like Flash or Powerpoint.

The Logo looks like some bio-tech company will use. It is not corky but I cannot associate it with internet search engine.
