I used to have an pacbell.net email address, but now i have changed my provider and I can't neither receive or just look at my previous email I had on this pacbell.net account.
Please help, I haven't done any backup of this email and I have important business information inn them.

Contact your ex-service provider and check if they can help you backup the messages. You will not be able to acccess those mails again coz you will not have the access to their mail server as you are no longer their customer.

Contact their customer service and ask them if they can forward your saved e-mail to your new e-mail address. It can be done but they may or may not be willing to help you. Otherwise if you really need your mail you may need to pay them for a month of service to re-activate your account so that you can manually forward your existing e-mail to your new account. Let all of your contacts know about your new e-mail address ASAP..
