Feathers? Hills, plains, mountains etc. are feathers?
Did you try looking in an atlas to see what the geography of the state looks like? Or putting Oregon into Google Earth for a look from space? Or just plain put Oregon into a search engine to find out anything about it?
Maybe you could do enough research on this to ask a more intelligent question.
