I've noticed this phrase a lot lately. What gives? I find myself using it. Mainly because it's a classy way to describe someone.

I haven't heard that as an insult in a long time. Either it's not in vogue in my part of the U.S., or I don't spend much time around the people who are using it.

And I think your description as "classy" is sarcastic, hopefully. I guess the fact that this works as an insult is a demonstration of how uncomfortable Americans feel with bodily functions and sexuality.

You are hangin out with the wrong people if this offends you. I NEVER hear that term from people I am around. Bad company produces bad manners. Ever hear that term?
