Nanotechnology?

Can any professor, scientist, lecturer, PhD student, undergrad or graduans tell me how do you synthesized nanosize particles using chemical methods and physical methods.....please state your name, qualification, past/recent university name...or you can recommend me to read which journals/articles/books/science texts or websites from internet.....

You can find the journal publications yourself via your school's library or (more likely) its online database of scientific journals. Assuming you're at a college or university, you can talk with one of your school's reference libraries if you're not sure how to access academic journals that your school subscribes to and which cover these issues.

p.s. If you're doing this for an assignment, I don't think your prof is going to accept the advice or answer given to you via yahoo answers, even if the reply comes from someone who lists their name and background. (I'm a university professor, and I wouldn't take it for an answer, since the source is likely to be difficult or impossible to verify.) If this was given to you as an assignment, then odds are the whole point was to teach you how to use your school's library resources effectively.

You can't access those journals unless you have subscriptions or using some university's network. Actually some biotech, pharmaceutical companies might do some work with creating nano particles for drug deliveries in which case they might showcase their publications on their websites. Or just try Google and Google Scholar and may be get some excerpts.
