You are correct in the idea that the pill slows your sex drive. This is because ovulation increases women's sex drive, but on the pill you don't ovulate. Some women aren't really affected by the pill while others completely lose their sex drive. I would say it probably wouldn't take too long to start ovulating after stopping the pill. I hear that women get pregnant pretty quickly after stopping the pill, so ovulation must come within a few months.

I have also heard that there are so many types of pills that women with this problem should keep on trying new kinds. Maybe that would be a good thing for you to try. Good luck!

Hi dear
let me ask you hw long have u been takin pills coz a really long period can make a significiant change in sex drive. so if you taken it for a long time then stop them. And dont worry all these changes are mostly reversible and body gets back to its normal position very soon and you will be able to feel your drive.
so enjoy ur life
take care

ummmm i never knew the pill had anything to do with a sex drive. i am assuming you are wanting to get pregnant and that is why you stopped taking the pill. you do not need to have a sex drive to have sex...

I've never heard of the Pill cooling anyone's sex drive. Are you sure you're not thinking of anti-depressants?
